“At Bob’s Red Mill, we use century-old millstones so that one hundred pounds of goodness goes in, and a hundred pounds of goodness goes out. We use these ancient stones because they preserve so much whole grain nutrition. Of course, when you take whole grains home to the kitchen, most need to be cooked with water so our bodies can take in that good nutrition.
